Sound bath

Step into stillness and let yourself be held in sound.

Our monthly sound baths at The Loft are designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring your body back into balance. Using crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding tones, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation, somewhere between rest and meditation.

There’s nothing to do. Just lie back, get comfortable, and receive.

Perfect if you’re feeling stressed, struggling to switch off, emotionally drained, or curious about meditation but can’t sit still.

✨ What to expect:
A warm space, gentle guidance, around 60 minutes of immersive sound, and time to rest afterwards.

✨ What to bring:
Just yourself. Everything else is provided.

Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and properly rested.

Kundalini awakening

A space to gently awaken your energy and reconnect to yourself.

Kundalini Awakening sessions are designed to help you release, reset, and reconnect on a deeper level. Using breath, sound, and awareness, you’re guided into a natural state of balance where energy can move more freely.

This isn’t about forcing anything or chasing a dramatic “awakening.”
It’s about creating the space for your body and mind to soften, open, and respond in their own way.

Each session is different. You might feel deep relaxation, emotional release, clarity, or simply a sense of calm.

Perfect if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or curious about energy work in a safe, grounded way.

Reiki Meditation

Rest, receive, and gently return to yourself.

Reiki Meditation is a deeply calming experience, combining guided meditation with gentle energy work to help you relax, rebalance, and reset. As you lie comfortably, Reiki is offered in a subtle, supportive way—encouraging your body and mind to soften and unwind.

There’s nothing you need to do—simply rest and receive.

Perfect if you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or in need of a little space to breathe.

What to expect:
A peaceful space, gentle guidance, Reiki energy, and time to fully relax

What to bring:
A blanket, water, and an open mind
